This small player home is meant to be an early game option. The sale price has been significantly reduced due to a renegade wizard currently occuping the area.

Adds craftable reusable versions of all soul gem types to the smelters of skyrim.They are valued at 3x normal soulgems (empty) of the same grade. These gems cost 1 filled and 2 empty of the same tier to make. The soul gems weigh 1/10 of the vanilla counterparts, with the exception of black which is 1/20 so its on par with grand (0.05).

Quickly and easily levels any or all skills you like.

Adds 2 new quick travel markers and Lawerence a Khajiit merchant sailor to skyrim's main map. Also adds a new island with a small settlement, merchent fences, a player built castle,2 business's to maintain and profit from, and its own separate crime system. The mod is unpolished and may never see further improvement (use at your own desecration).

A quick mod i made for my daughter Marielle (Elle) to get a large amount of coins in the game.The container is located next to riverwoods gate (embershard mine side) and has millions of coins in it.!Warning! Coin can go negative if you repeatedly loot this bag without spending the coin.
