This was made to make splash damage as a whole much more easily understandable, compressing it into either weapon splash (Splash Damage) or grenade splash (Grenade Damage), as well as to help `set` up a base that can be used to further change skills and items in a more sensible and deliberate fashion.

Makes Lifetap from a kill skill for 6% lifesteal (Though who the hell ever put 5 points in it?) into a passive skill for 0.6% life steal permanently.

Turns Immolate into a passive skill that gives +12% of your weapon damage as (Insert element) damage.

Changes the skill Scorn into a melee slag plasma shotgun, that benefits from all melee bonuses and roid.

This is a re-make (Re-re-make now) of NineInchNall's Invested Magic mod, with spells from both Dawnguard and Dragonborn, as well as several new changes.Also includes a patch for Ordinator and SPERGI have given this mod a large overhaul, and it is now a much better representation of the original.
