Palette file editing in two simple pictures. Here is how I edit Fallout 4 palettes. It's a lot of trial and error to determine which part of the palette affects which part of the model, but as my Vibrant Power Armor mod shows, you can achieve good results.

Changes the glow color of Bun's Radioactive Glowing Fusion Core (Military Grade) by TheCinnamonBun v1.8 has a choice of 5+1 new colors. (The +1 is the Xbox 360 Red Ring of Death!) NMM/FOMOD installer included!

TL;DR - Doubles DR and ER for PAMaP (1.01) I took the doubled Power Armor "Damage Resist" and "Energy Resist" stats from the ReBallistic Power Armor ReBalancer (v1) and made them work for Power Armor Materials AND Paints (PAMaP) (1.01)

Enhanced coloration for the Vault-Tec, Winterized and Military versions of the Power Armor. Dirty and Clean versions available simultaneously as the paints are now STANDALONE! Clean versions of Winterized now look like stormtroopers ^.^
