Fixes the missing Butchers Cleaver in the Japantown apartment stash

Small TVs (4x3 Aspect Ratio) were missing WNS TV and Just Ads! This fixes that.

Adds a Mute/Unmute option along side the Off / Previous Channel / Next Channel options on TVs
