Adds a new perk that ignores 10 DT on your target when you use energy weapons. Similar to the shotgun surgeon perk. Requires 80 Energy Weapons and Level 5.

Same as Expensive Wasteland 10x, just that it only doubles BUY prices.

Same as \"Expensive Wasteland x10\" just that BUY prices are only multiplied by 3. This does not affect SELL prices.

This simply gives you a perk that makes ALL stuff 5 times more expensive as usual when you BUY stuff. Does not affect SALE prices. It was requested by several people, so if you dont like the idea this simply aint a mod for you...
