Faster melee attack animations meshes for 1st person

Hold to block, release to cancel, block window lasts twice as long. Blocking is FAR easier and smoother, but remains proactive and satisfying.

This mod allows the player to avoid recoil and stagger when an enemy blocks their attack, adds stagger reduction to perks, and allows the block animation to be cancelled early.
