This small mod fixes an exit animation bug for the Washington car. Probably no one noticed this, but if any ped exits the vehicle, the head of whoever exits the car from the left side will stick through the roof for a moment, which is kinda immersion breaking.

This is a total overhaul of how things burn in GTA IV. Fire is way more realistic now: all materials burn for longer periods of time, fire spreads quicker, and flames are bigger. Also combustion characteristics of in-game materials are similar to the real ones. The mod is well-balanced and doesn't break the gameplay.
