Gloria own all the sellable energy guns and ammo in Silver Rush, so now you can buy them from her to clear out this room legitimately. And once a DLC completed, Gloria (or her replacement) will sell that DLC's certain weapons. After Cass quest completed with the whole Silver Rush wiped out, there's a new NPC replaced their position, very lowkey.

Other than self inventory, the loots are collected and stored in Rivet City Hydroponics. VERY useful for endgame mod like Rebuild the Capital, or travel to Mojave for a high level start.
