This mod enables income tax and narrative events (the random popup urgent messages seen in challenge mode) in sandbox. Read the read me file for a slightly more detailed description.

The mod contains the following improvements:- All dinos have their appeal ratings boosted.- Most of the dinosaurs' environmental needs have been edited.- All stegosaurids have an area need growth of 20%, which is similar to the ceratopsids among many other changes.
