The sequel to Viper Gear Expanded. Adds four tiers and new scavenger hunt quests for Viper gear, and a mastercrafted-tier set of Manticore gear acquired through a new scavenger hunt in the Hearts of Stone area. Gives the Blood and Wine Manticore gear its legendary appearance from New Game +.

Unique Mutagens Overhaul improves the monster-specific mutagens by giving each one its own special effect, as well as the ability to combine them into larger, stronger mutagens.

Gives Lambert and Eskel new swords so that, like Vesemir, they also have unique swords. The swords can be obtained by Geralt through a mini-quest.

Gives the Viper School's gear the same treatment the rest of the witcher schools' gear got. Three upgrade levels and new scavenger hunt quests to find the diagrams. Replaces the Hearts of Stone Viper gear with items from ZOST's Cos Wiecej mod.

Three new quests, one for each of the DLC armors, the Nilfgaardian, Temerian and Undvik sets. As well as other changes and improvements to the DLC items.

Adds gold ingots and plates to the game with new icons. Gold is integrated into the game as a proper crafting material.
