Replaces the misplaced Shinra theme at the very beginning of chapter 2 with a remake version of Anxious Heart as it was in the original game and as suits the mood better. Saw this requested somewhere and here it is! Flows nicely into the Nibelheim/Seph trip out as well, given the score there and how many associate Anxious Heart with Nibelheim.

Swaps the placeholder music for the whack a box mini game with the squat and pull up mini game remixes of Uematsu's original music, which is superior.

Sector 7 Plate Music Fix -including cringe 80s parachute scene- with Better Uematsu FFVII Remake Tracksnickthebushman
Replaces all the non-fight scene music on the sector 7 plate with various renditions of the original FFVII composer Nobuo Uematsu's Music. Most importantly swaps the out of place embarrassing 80's cringe music they play during the parachute jump cutscene, though the other scenes are improved as well, feeling more like FFVII even in this new chapter

Ch.11 Train Graveyard Ambient Swap for Real Music -Anxious Heart-Classic Battle and more- Uematsu Original Musicnickthebushman
This mod swaps most of the ambient nonsense in chapter 11 for the remake version of Anxious Heart which played in the train graveyard in the original. The non-boss battle music is swapped to the classic battle jam. I fixed a cutscene cue with Aerith and ghosts similarly. Also swapped that snooze-fest in the Eligor battle for real battle music.

Swaps the new bland remake track, "Avalance's Theme" with the nice jukebox version of Barret's theme which was supposed to play in this part of the game (based on the original), as well as replacing the corresponding garbage battle version of the same remake track with the remake version of the old school battle jam.

Replaces the bland area and battle music in the sewers with the remake versions of the original much better music, "Lurking in the Darkness" written by original composer Nobuo Uematsu that played in the same sewers in the original game. Great to spice up the sewers in a way that fits and for fans of the original game and soundtrack.

Replaces the odd and out of place dance music by the new composers in the fallen highway area (with the big arm puzzles) with the remake versions of Uematsu's original music that played in the same spot in the original game, which fits the vibe much better.

Replaces cringey and out of key new Scarlet theme song with one of the remake versions of Uematsu's original FFVII tracks for shinra tower ("Infiltrating Shinra tower"). Singers and musicians sensitive to off-key singing and embarrassing lyrics rejoice! Also great for those of us who prefer the OG classic soundtrack over what the new guys tried.
