In fact if you are playing the Dark Brotherhood quest line, and get the assignment to kill her, she will instead kill you!

This is a mod that places Karita the Pilgrim, found at the fourth tablet on the way to High Hrothgar, back into the Skyrim world as a follower named Karita Ivarsdotter.
