Disables all scripted saves. Fixes for some COC locations that would get you stuck or disable your controls. Disables Old World Blues radar fence.

Fixes 17Bxxx record discrepancies between versions which was resulting in walls not being removed and certain Game Setting records being overridden.

Fixes virtually every navmesh where the edge connections were missing or pointing at misplaced or invalid triangles.

Restores the option to return Vance's gun to Primm Slim.

Restores the music that originally played when walking through the tunnel to the Overseer's chamber, but was no longer heard because ogg file playback was broken or disabled in a patch.

This plugin should allow the removal of Freeside Open for users who have had problems with it, and are unable to revert to an earlier save.

Restores a little scene where Tabitha gets angry and blows up one of the large dishes after the player uses the control panel which rotates the dish on top of her radio booth.

A possible workaround for a bug in Yukichigai Unofficial Patch with Lonesome Road EDE. The bug has been fixed in YUP v10, and this plugin should no longer be necessary.

Restores a huge amount of scenery and little random things which were patched out of the game post-release. And because people asked for them, the fluff NPCs and creatures too. This mod puts it all back. Well, the worthwhile stuff anyway.

Adds previously unused billboards which were only seen during the intro to The Strip's perimeter wall making it slightly less dull.There are only three images on the billboards used in different orientations, but with 91 of them added to the entire wall it's a huge improvement over the boring vanilla walls.

Makes the Northwest and Southwest sewers accessible and puts the Sealed Sewer back where it belongs. So now that pool of water behind the door actually makes sense. Also fixes a few gaps and other minor things with those areas.

Simply replaces those ridiculous looking doors in the sewers that were obviously oversized sideways manhole covers with sewer grates instead.

Adds open and close sounds to a whole bunch of containers that were missing them.
