## Install the collection on a new [Vortex Profile](https://wiki.nexusmods.com/index.php/Setting_up_profiles_in_Vortex) for easy management.

**Requirements**

- Windows 10 or higher (64-bit).

# Recommended specs

The game is much more CPU-intensive than GPU-intensive, and it actually handles modern hardware pretty well. Installing the game on an SSD will drastically improve loading times and decrease stuttering. Here are the recommended specs for being able to run the guide at 60 FPS at 1080p:

- **CPU:** Matching or surpassing the single-thread performance of a Ryzen 3 1200.
- **RAM:** 8GB.
- **GPU:** Matching or surpassing the performance of a GTX 970/R9 290X. 4GB of VRAM.

### Engine Fixes:

Navigate to the game's Root folder `Data\SKSE\Plugins` and open `EngineFixes.toml` in a text editor (such as notepad)

- Set `SetCleanSKSECosaves` to `true` (line 5)
- Set `MaxStdio` to `8192` (line 11)
- Set `SleepWaitTime` to `true` (line 18)
- Set `SaveGameMaxSize` to `true` (line 66)

### SSE Display Tweaks:

In the INI-Files tab, select `Data\SKSE/Plugins/SSEDisplayTweaks.ini`Change the following options:

- Set `FramerateLimit` to a value you want the game FPS to be locked to (line 204)
- ***If you set FramerateLimit to a value higher than 60***
- Set `DynamicUpdateBudget` to `true` (line 542)
- Set `BudgetMaxFPS` to the same value as FramerateLimit (line 561)

## Community Shaders
