*An unofficial update to ValePlaysGames' fantastic modlist (*[*original here*](https://next.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/collections/eyzkr1?tab=mods)) that was used for his youtube series ([*found here*](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qkEGLCXFXhA)).&#x20;

If you find all the notes and patching and such overwhelming then just ignore the optional mods, you don't need them, just my preference ;)

Skyland is marked optional, feel free to go to [Noble Skyrim](https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/21423) to get those textures if you prefer something a bit smaller.

*I liked the list but found it lacking in a few patches and features, so I added them. Let me know if you have any issues. I've included Trainwreck in the list so Crash reports should be created upon CTD, please share the probable call stack, the mod itself and/or the fix if you found one. Thank you :)*

*Might exchange Hunterborn to some other hunting overhaul at some point, maybe. Maybe add a mod to allow one to become a bard too, probably either through Jayserpa's mod or Ordinator, but unsure as of now.*

# Main features

*The main feature of this list is the ability to build up an economic empire with farms, mines, harbours, properties and even cities/towns. The features are essentially the same as the original list, just with some added RP potential. Feel free to disable some mods if you don't like them and want more focus on something else, it should be fine :)*

*Also you will need to adapt the list a bit to work with versions below 1170, but if you know how to downgrade you probably know about skse version and all that :)*

- *A legal copy of SSE, specs can be fairly low as the list isn't focused on graphics, feel free to disable CS or whiterun outskirts (or even JK's + its patches if cities are too much) if you find it too laggy for your tastes. BethINI is highly recommended for performance.*
