# Description

*Just a small collection to get started with using ENB in Skyrim.  This does not include any ENB binaries or presets and will require both for ENB to work in Skyrim.*

**Requirements**

- [Address Library for SKSE Plugins](https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/32444)

**ENB Binaries**

- [ENB binaries](http://enbdev.com/download_mod_tesskyrimse.html)
- Click: v0.499 or any higher version
- Scroll down
- Click on the "Square with pixel arrow in it" to download it (be aware, there's an advertisement labeled 'Download' just below the actual download button)
- Open "enbseries\_skyrimse\_v0499.zip"
- Browse to "WrapperVersion"
- Select ONLY **d3d11.dll** and **d3dcompiler\_46e.dll**
- Drag & Drop to your Skyrim installation directory (where the exe files are)

**ENB Presets (use only one at a time)**

**Follow the ENB preset installation instructions to install them correctly.**

These are some vanilla friendly presets that can be used with any weather or lighting mod, and this makes them great for either preserving the weather or lighting the mod author intended or for experimenting.  There are lots of other ENB presets available on Nexus. &#x20;

If you plan on experimenting with ENB presets, then I'd recommend using [**ENB Organizer**](https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/67077/) to more easily switch between ENB binaries and ENB presets.
