Rough Draft of the upcoming Stardew Project

Hi everyone! Thank you all for being patient with me. As I mentioned this past November, I wanted to start a Stardew project with you all with a hint of a twist. This project will be modded! As so, there would be certain basis, rules, and preference that I need to announce and go over with you all so that the project can run smoothly. 

I know that not all of us are adept with mods, especially with Vortex. Vortex is a huge open-source mod manager that has an intuitive interface for downloading, installing, and managing numerous game changes (the mods). With that being said, I am looking for a dedicated person who would be in charge of managing any problems with Vortex. In other words, if there is a situation where you may need some assistance with mods or how to manage Vortex, that person will be your source of solutions. That person is TBA (to be announced).

These are the following basis for the project:
The Stardew Project will be modded. Everyone must have all the mods be the same with the rest of the participants' mods.
This project is weekly, one session per week.  *I will host every session on a particular day and time. The time for the session is TBA. 
*A mininum of at least three to four players is needed for me to host the session. If there is insufficent amount of players, the session will have to be canceled, and the following week will be its next time to play. Arrangements can be made, but it will have to be case-by-case.
The piggy-bank will be shared.

Reminders: 
All of your mods must be downloaded and updated properly before any session. Please ask the designated person to help you fix any problems with Vortex.
Any particular problems you have with the project, whether it be with other players or the function of the game, please message me privately , and I will do what I can to address it.
If there are particular needs you want with the game, such as not having to miss an event or npcs' birthdays, please let me know, and I will write a note of it.
Be considerate of your spending. For people who played more often than others, it would be wise and thoughtful not to spend other people's hardwork, especially if you do not play that often. Selfish spending without proper consent is a no-no and may be bannable for you to play. By any means, I do not want you to enjoy the game. I want to keep things in balance and fair for everyone. 
Anyone can join at anytime!! Don't feel bad if you cannot make it or cannot play during the first session of gameplay.
As always, have fun. I want this project for everyone to connect and play Stardew. This project is something I want to do for you guys being in this server. It means a lot to me, and I want to build a dedicated farm as proof that we have something special altogether.


Some of the preference to consider letting me know:
the name for the Farm! 
the names for the barn animals
the names for the pets (multiple pets)
a particular mod you may want
other friends that may be interested in this project too

What to do next:
If you are interested in joining, please state it in the "response-to-announcement" channel and your best availiability. 
I need at least one deginated person to be in charge with Vortex. I will take any extra help since I am not a complete expert on Vortex either. IF interested, please state along your sign-up.

What to come next:
 I will host a dedicated meeting where to navigate Vortex and pre-downloading the mods. TBA. This meeting is essential for everyone to be prepared. If you are joining the project, please join the call, so we can get you set up.
