These are all the mods I consider essential for a playthrough of Stardew Valley. Some are fair, others are cheaty, but I've marked those as optional for the people who don't like that sort of stuff.

All these mods have been tested in the latest version of Stardew Valley.

# Configs

There are plenty of mods here that have extensive configs. Thankfully, they can all be changed with the Generic Mod Config Menu mod in game. If you want to essentially plug and play, you can download my config files from my Google Drive [here](https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1lqjN17gsB3Q0TLT8KQ1Dxwn5CLWgmmN1?usp=sharing).

Simply download the folder and drag it into your game mods folder. If using Vortex for this collection, there's a handy option up top to open the folders. You have to put it in the game mods folder, not the mod staging folder.

It will either ask you to overwrite the config files you already have, or just add them into the appropriate folders.&#x20;

# Compatible collections

This collection does not add much other than gameplay mechanics, so something like Stardew Valley Expanded or Ridgeside Valley should work fine. Any packs that add mostly visuals should work as well.&#x20;

As for multiplayer? I don't know, I don't have any friends to test it with orz.
