I honestly wouldn't recommend installing other collections with this as it already adds a lot of mods and some of the other collection mods may conflict with the mods in my collection. But, if its a small collection with only a few mods that aren't in mine then it should be compatible. It's just best if you add the mods you're looking for on your own.
