to check if all items are working and that enemies spawn

go to steam, right click valheim go properties it will bring you you to the general tab, here in the text box
"launch options" type "-console" and close the window now you can open the debug console with f5 ingame. 

in game with F5 window open type "devcommands" to be able to spawn enemies and items, the console will suggest things as you type to get the spelling right, list of commands easy on google. Then type "debugmode" to view all crafting recipes and blueprints, press b to enable free build and no cost crafting.
