Valheim version 0.217.22 was released on Oct 5 and as usual the update breaks most mods, it also requires a new BepInExPack 5.4.22 which is incompatible with this collection. Eventually when enough mods get updates i'll update this collection as well.

So again to sum it up you need : **Valheim 0.217.14** and **BepInExPack 5.4.21**

# Description

QOL Essentials is a collection that aims to add just enough qol tweaks to the base game, while still remaining pretty small and relatively easy to debug, allowing users to customize the game with more mods of their own.

# Main features

Quality Of Life improvements, that's the name of the game.
Most mods here make the game more enjoyable (especially in multiplayer), but the collection still aims to retain the classic Valheim experience. All the mods that add stuff to the game are optional.

5. Optional additions to the game

# Installing

The *collection needs* [BepInExPack Valheim](https://valheim.thunderstore.io/package/denikson/BepInExPack_Valheim/), so follow the instructions provided on the website.

Amongst the optional mods there are some from [valheim.thunderstore.io](https://valheim.thunderstore.io), but they can be downloaded directly through the vortex collection installer.

I also recommend a fresh install.

# Before you start

As previously stated this collection is for **Valheim 0.217.14**  and **BepInExPack 5.4.21**

BepInExPack 5.4.21 is available around the web for example here: [gamepressure](https://www.gamepressure.com/download.asp?ID=77316).
Valheim 0.217.14 is a little more tricky as sharing even uncracked game files can potentially be illegal and Iron Gate doesn't seem intent on releasing old versions. Sooooo... i guess ask a friend who backs up their games.
