Adds the "Winterized" prefix too all weapons, clothing, and armor found in the Operation Anchorage simulation, and adds a locker containing them to the Outcast Outpost Armory.

This mod changes the vanilla Gauss Rifle so that it only has one shot per magazine, even when you upgrade the capacitors.
