Makes the Master Trainer of Conjuration a Master in Conjuration. Originaly an Archer that the guys at Bethesda took to fill a rol, now a proper Sorcerer to fit the rol.

Porphyric Hemophilia Initiate modifies the boost to Attributes and Skills received at Vampirism stage 25, to 0. This change provide a debuff to balance Vampires while also making you able to train those Attributes and Skills while being a Vampire.
