A small overhaul for Enderal that makes Arcanists Fever more prevalent by adding a cost to all powers and to all spells that the player lacks the required tier of mastery for. I always found it a little strange that kingdom sovereigns can aquire new Spells by ripping out peoples souls, it just seems like a thing that would be reserved for empires. So this mod removes the \"steal spirit\" spell from kingdoms and replaces it with a mentor skill that kingdom sovs and champions can learn to teach other heroes their magics.

Uses the magic of shrill to add randomness to common monsters. Whenever you launch Shrill the monsters abilities will be randomized from a pool of fitting ones.
