My take on a cute little vacation village for Spectacle Island

A complete redesign from my previous Sanctuary build, Update: 04/25/2023....after careful review of comments and PM's I went back in and reduced this build considerably to fix a heavy load and screen tearing...as of 12:58pm no screen tearing detected in previous spots on ultra settings, changes detailed below!

A complete overhaul of my original build, both decorated and undecorated versions now available.

Hangman's alley completely redone and beautified.

A proper Sunshine Tidings is FINALLY here...are you tired of all the rusted metal shack abominations that's been available for it so far...well here you go, a small intimate beautiful village.

A beautiful and cozy little beach house, only meant for the family living there and not for settlers, I wanted something cute to put there but not really be a settlement I had to worry about. I pulled out some creative spirit for this house, meshed a few of my build methods together, enjoy!

UPDATE: 5/10/2023....for those having issue with Molecular level not starting...Railroad HQ Workshop mod is the reason, it took me weeks and someone else much more knowledgeable of this stuff helping me to figure it out, shout out to gir4893 for fixing this mod so we can continue enjoying the game, fix is posted on the mod page in comments.

Bunker Hill fixed up and redone, tore out the walls and rebuilt them using the bunker hill set in snappy, rebuilt the ceiling as well, scrapped the monument to add stairs and two additional floors to the top, scrapped ALL the trash, debris and furnishings inside the building, including the counters so I could re-organize the inside.

A cozy little outpost for Egret tours, UPDATED 06/03/2022, minor corrections made

A beautiful peaceful Croup manor, small and simple fully decorated and ready to go, should suit about 5-7 settlers

Warwick farm, a simple cozy remake...scrapped all the trash, debris, and furnishings inside the main building and the small industrial area, did not scrap any of the building parts , pipes or industrial machines, added industrial buildings in the back to provide larger living quarters

An elegant simple village built within starlight Drive-in, every single thing within its boundaries was scrapped, it exceeds its boundaries in some areas so if that matters you're welcome to use No Building Limits.UPDATED: 06/01/2022 - Minor corrections made to missing decorations, power grid and hopefully to the water/fountain area

Taffington as it was meant to be, small-ish trading center, can house 8 people, kept it on the smaller side because Taffington is a rather small area anyways, though my build does exceed the boundary due to my use of an expansion mod which will be listed on the mod page along with the other mods, please consider using it.

Graygarden as it was meant to be, for those who love this settlement and wish it could be more I present to you Graygarden..a retreat, manned entirely by robots but caters to passing travelers and for some, a place to call home. Graygarden is also known as the only place in the commonwealth that has Club Midnight, a special nightclub with a view.

Red Rocket, a very simple wasteland style yet cleanish blueprint, this is my first attempt to keep a more wasteland look in a build which I typically hate but a lot of people seem to like. Meant for people who dont like to build but prefer simple and cleanish

Updated 11/10/2022 - to redo plant life and outside decorations, all Creative gardens content now deleted.

Final version of redesigned Sanctuary now available, pictures updated to show changes made, some homes had a complete redesign including structurally, I left the largest house behind the shops empty for you to decorate as you wish. Please enjoy!

Simple, clean and cute little seaside Manor for the Finch family, scrapped every single bit of garbage and junk, removed all the dead tree's, branches, rocks and foliage, tore down their shack and rebuilt it. this is a complete redesign, removed all content from deleted mods, and revamped it to look more my style.

Murkwater at its best with a spacious modern design, fully decorated..includes Wireless Power, water, food defenses and barracks, accommodates 38 settlers/soldiers,.

Kept it contained within its default boundaries, its a simple yet peaceful little farming community, fully decorated. UPDATED 05/29/2022: opened 3rd floor up, added more decorations to the build to further flush it out and create a homey feel, corrected some minor issues like missing items/doors ect, added more to the structure.

An archive of all my current builds in one handy download, I will be adding blueprints after I get done building them, as well as uploading them individually for those who do not want everything.

A 100% remodel from the original build, gothic style Manor..Abernathy family living in style, I scrapped every part of their shack..thing, as well as their farm plots and replanted the food with more added, I scrapped the cows fence and rebuilt the area, I only took the tower out after I was done building, to make sure it all fit, enjoy!

After helping take back The Castle, the General (you) ordered Preston to rebuild The Castle, expanding and updating to accommodate a growing Minuteman presence in The Commonwealth.
