Updated LS weapon parameter file to version 15.0, rest of mod unchanged. nfh994 has long since hidden this old version of his Valor LS mod, so there isn't another way to get this "simplified" version anymore.

Fair Challenge Fatalis Quest

Combined & updated several older CQ mods. Lowered damage output to sane level, made head easier to break, extended timer to 50 min. I'm a 4000-hour series veteran and even I think World Fatalis is just CHEAP, not "hard."
