On the Western Shores of Solstheim, north of Raven Rock, is now a new village, Holgarr Village, a settlement of Nords from Skyrim. The tough farmers are trying their best to survive in this harsh climate but the settlement has problems. Talk with the people, askaround and see how you can help them and be rewarded for your trouble.
