Made by request. Adds fanning support to the Colt Single Action Army. Requires Toggle Revolver Fanning & F4NV Single Action Army.

Personal mod inspired by Ground Zeroes & based on Skyrim. Storms are now treated as primary weather systems instead of minor events and aren't arbitrarily restricted to certain maps. Also fixed a vanilla bug that caused storms to never trigger when you loaded a save directly into the open-world.

First horse ride upon loading a save/instance doesn't apply a modded FoV value. This fixes that.
