The Dwarven Sanctuary is a large player home located near Markarth. The map marker already appears on your map so you should be able to find it without any problems.

A Dark Retexture of the mage robes (my first mod for skyrim) It is found in a chest at the blacksmith forge in riverwood . They have their own stats and an armor rating and they\'re enchanted so they\'ll be usefull.They are stand alone.
