As with all DoT's, burning is completely negligible past lvl 1, and is impossible to build around. This mod tweaks that, and I will provide a multitude of different balancing options, and do my best to deliver on requests.

Why does the wet condition apply to lightning but not thunder?I don't know but now it does!

Scorching ray is already amazing for many different properties, but why not make it an even stronger option!I intend to add multiple variations of this mod to provide a multitude of different balancing options for everyone to enjoy!
