Adds skillbooks for the origins skills, racial skills, and Dome of Protection. Skillbooks can be found at a vendor called "Origins vendor". The skillbooks look like aerothurge books.

Removes the Polymorph 5 requirement from Apotheosis. Use this skill for unlimited source like a Divine - without cheating TOO much and simply removing the source cost. Just something I wanted to try and thought someone else might find useful.

Balanced skill improvements for lesser used or weak skills. Gives you a wider variety of viable skills to choose from. More options = better replay value. It's a shame that the game has a lot of interesting/exciting skills which will almost never get used due to being underpowered or too situational. This mod aims to fix that.
