better view distance for shadow and reflection

shadow PCSS activated for realistic soft shadow, remove fog and vignette (black area arround screen)WARNING shadow PCSS is very hard with FPS drops so there is 1.1 version with just no fog and vignette disabled

remove small cloud in low altitude and ambient particle of dust

I removed rains on roads and cars, fog, chromatic aberration, filmgrain, black area arround screen, rains on lens

remove fog, rain on lens, chromatic aberration, vignette (black area arround screen) and other filmic effects

Better Skies mod by zhpete and other modifications:remove fog and horizontal lens, lens artifact and vignette, bloom intensity correction

big horizontal rays, lens artifacts, black area arround screen are removed
