Adds the hobgoblin race to Oblivion. This version contains textures for the skin, abilities, and stats. Important! In order to avoid causing conflicts with those who have it, I am not currently fixing the same changes that a Custom Race Fix changes. You will need the Custom Race Fix of your choice in order to successfully complete the Character
