this mod fixes disappearing enemies and mines at cost of making them all have persistent flagAre there any downsides? I played for about 40+ hours and didnt got any.

This mod's primary purpouse is to promote modding for Borderlands.It changes some unpopular weapons (Eridian, Pounder, Carnage, etc) to be usable, also it removes damage bonus from being higher level then target, nerfs elemental DOTs, buffs elemental procs, changes color of shock damage make money auto-pickup, fixes FOV and more

It is a tool to modify .u and .upk files. Expecially needed for W_Startup_INT.upk

In short: this will at least make others in game to hit you more reliably, at max it will also make things to be harder to hit and to stagger and add to them some health. All for you to beat the more crap out of them.

Fixes 6 broken doors (out of 6 I found). 2 in Gnisis, 1 at some daedric ruins, 1 at ashlander tent, 1 at Suran, 1 at Hlormaren.

Did you knew that 80% of morrowind's NPCs are below level 10 and some of them even carry "wrong" weapon for their class so they miss alot? So I found a way to make them hit you more reliably without touching them in editor.Mod adds an item which allows you to buff all enemies in area.
