Improves the Goodsprings town, cemetery, and source areas by adding new clutter, lights, and objects to better improve the atmosphere of the areas.

Improves the UL fountain by adding additional water streams with accompanying sound effects as well as eight new light beams above the embedded lights in the base of the fountain.

This is an overhaul of the Jean area that attempts to expand the area with additional ruins and buildings.
