Many have commented on the lameness of the "Mis Launcher," so I decided to make it more of a desirable item. It's now more accurate and lighter. I raised the damage level and added the ability to set things on fire with it (which is always nice). It is also silent as far as NPCs are concerned, so it doesn't immediately give your position away
