Manuremaster

A compilation of all my town mods, including New Rumare and Topal's Rest at their relocated, er, locations. The town compilation also contains a few additions/modifications across a few of the towns. Cleaned w/ TES4edit. I will almost certainly not make any more town mods in the future. Should be compatible w/ UL and BC (load after BC).

New Rumare (the very first mod I made), but relocated to a brand new island in the middle of the Niben Bay - and merged with Gorlash House, Clothmor and Blackwood Apartments (now called New Rumare apartments). Connected to mainland Cyrodiil via tunnel. Cleaned with TES4Edit. You should use TES4LODGen to generate LOD for this mod.

The town is across the river from fort entius. Buy the title of Burgrave/Burgravine (base price 1/4 million) from the steward to access the manor, essential followers & horse. Town has guilds, store, farm, mine & more! Some NPCs offer services (goods, spells, repair/recharge); all w/ full schedules. Should be UL-compatible, cleaned w/ TES4e

Adds a small town on the gold road just west of miscarcand with a farm and working mine. NPCs offer services & have full daily schedules. There is a purchasable player home (46,280 base price). Should not conflict with UL. Fighters' and mages' guild outposts are built into the municipal building. Guards patrol the town 24/7. Cleaned with TES4Ed

Adds a town in county anvil, on the road to lord drad's estate - right next to atrene camp. Comes with a purchasable player home (base price 31,245), farm, mages' and fighters' guild outposts, fence, town hall with shrine and general store (warehouse). NPCs have full daily schedules. Should be compatible with UL. Cleaned with TES4Edit.

Adds a small mining town north of Chorrol, on the road to cloud top. Has a house for sale (27,511 base price), mages & fighters guildhall for blades only, and working gold mine. NPCs have full daily schedules, some of whom are merchants or offer other services (repair, recharge, spells, training). Should be UL compatible. Cleaned w/ TESEdit.

A town on the blue road west of Cheydinhal with a farm, small chapel, fighters' guild smith/lodging & mages' guild lodging (merchants, spells, repair, recharge). Town Hall serves as a general store. There is a house for sale at 36,912. You can learn a spell that teleports you to the town (Myst. Lv. 50). Cleaned w/ TESedit, should be UL compatib

The town is on the green road, north of Bravil. Has a general trader, mages' shop, fighters' shop, farm (vegetables & sheep) and working mine. Also adds a few new food & drink items. You may purchase a player home for a base price of 21,345 gold. Cleaned with TESedit. Compatible with unique landscapes.

The town is south of Leyawiin, near the border with elsweyr. Features a thieves' guild ship (fence), shrine, warehouse (trader), guildhall, taphouse (free beds), lighthouse/tower and house for sale. Multiple merchants & services; there are enchant/spell altars on L3 of the guildhall (only for arcane university members). Cleaned w/ TESedit.

The town is on the silver road just south of dragonclaw rock, with a fighters guild smithy, shop, mages guild outpost, house for sale and an operational mine. Services include merchants, repair and recharge services. All ore veins in the mine respawn, and miners use fine rockpick hoes to mine (similar to sundercliff watch). Cleaned w/ TESedit.

Adds an apartment building to the outskirts of Leyawiin (Only modifies 1 cell: Leyawiin Exterior 18 <25,-36>); you may purchase 1 unit (Room C) for 17,500 septims (base price) from Hlaalu Hadervu. Adds a small and simple village with a farm, shops and purchasable player home (30,000 base price). It's due west of Fort Sejanus, near the junction of the red ring and yellow roads.

Adds a simple vanilla-style wall house to the Market District. Just a nice little home with features that would not be out of place in a vanilla house for sale. Decent amount of storage and display cases, a nice assortment of books, and 2 beds (Private Quarters & Basement). Price: 42,690 Septims.

Adds clothing that looks exactly like armor (vanilla and shivering) - perfect for mages who want an armored look without sacrificing spell effectiveness. All clothmor items cost 20 septims and have a weight of 2. They can be obtained from the Clothmor shop (near Gweden farm) - open from 10am to 10pm.

My second mod, a player home in Cyrodiil that's only accessible after completing the SI main quest. Uncle Sheo often visits Nirn as the "gentleman with a cane", so I think it's only natural that he should have a nice little home in the center of Tamriel. It's a Bliss-style home with SI furniture and contains 4 zones: L1, L2, Basement and Pool.

My first mod. New Rumare is a small town between Vindasel and Pell's Gate. It consists of 2 cottages, a shop, and lodges for various factions. There is a player home that only the Arch-mage and/or Master may use - with simple vanilla (voiced) followers. The NPCs have full daily schedules and provide services (trainers, recharge, repair, merchants)
