This simple mod marks all Ghouls in Tenpenny Tower as evil, so you can kill them without losing karma.

This mod adds a Vault to the southern regions of the wasteland. Inside there is plenty of living space, a Diner, an Office, a Storage room, living quarters and a couple of bathrooms. It also have some surprises.

This mod will add a low-class shack next to the Wawnet Inn. It is most for people that want a free house, but still don\'t want to have a gigantic cheat house.

This is a modders resource. It will add 4 retextured Unicorns to the Constrution Set, Dark Unicorn, Silver Unicorn, Gold Unicorn and Crystal Unicorn. This will not add something into the world, you have to place them out yourself. Version 2 will add 4 more unicorns, Bronze Unicorn, Emerald Unicorn, Ruby Unicorn and Sapphire Unicorn.
