Adjusts perk descriptions to be in line with SPERG's 'Hardcore' mode and nerfs a few other perks that I thought were overpowered. Fixes novice sneak perk.

Modified version of EM - Expanded Arcaneum for use with SPERG perk trees. Adds touch spells to destruction, new necromancy spells, new expert level daedra summons, scrolls for all spells, scroll crafting and more!

Removes the Glass and Ebony armours added by aMidianborn Content Addon from vendors. Adds them as loot to find in the world instead.

Modifies Be a Milk Drinker to use Bottled Milk / Bottled Water added by Requiem and Requiem's nutrition effects.

Adds touch spells to the school of destruction, some necromancy spells, the ability to craft scrolls, makes scrolls more common and makes spell tomes more expensive. Requires Leasm's Empowered Magic.

Simply removes enchanted cloaks from the mod and adds the MagicDisallowEnchanting keyword to all WIC cloaks. This way cloaks are largely cosmetic and don't provide an additional enchantment slot.

Reduces the amount of gold you get from NPC favour quests by ~2/3.
