Added whitewall tires to ulver, simply by change one of the wheels in the game. Now it looks more realistic, especially in 1945, when Ulver is one of the newest car.

Casual suit simply retextured by me, dark coat along with white hat, just like Sollozzo in Godfather. Very fashionable in those days.
