Hotfix for bridges from Simply dirt roads to flag as cast shadows.

Temporary fix for a Vanilla AE bug I found at South-East Fall Forest border (Jerrall passage..?) area..

Edits some bridges from Lux Via to have dirt roads (no road stones) in order to match with Simply Dirt Roads.

The tunnel between the IC Waterfront and Temple District now actually exists in the game.

Enemies no longer drop weapons on death, they remain in inventory. This prevents dropped weapons from clipping through the ground.

I am making some small patches for different mods included in the STEP Extended v2.10.0 build to fit better with Requiem 3.4.0. The ultimate goal is to patch each individual mod with Requiem, then merge those patches together along with the STEP Extended patch for one solid build.
