Port of Zerofrost's awesome feathered dragon replacer for Odahviing ('Behemoth The Feathered Dragon' for oldrim).

Allows the player to sheath their bound bow without it dispelling, and removes the text which reads 'sheath to dispel'. Also allows the player to equip other arrows with the bound bow equipped.
