This changes the assault rifles and 10mm sub machine guns (uniques included) Rate of fire to be more in line with real life (not over the top, just a slight increase from vanilla)
I also changed the fact how the generic assault rifle (not even its unique the wanda) has a clip of 24 instead of 30 unlike any other ingame weapon. Its just not right.
