NPCs will wear cloaks when the weather isn't sunny, and add hoods of the same colour as the cloak when it rains. The player can loot them from NPCs. ALPHA version; needs testing in long play.

This mod contains AI-generated normals for the robes in Morroblivion. The speculars in the alpha-channel enable reflections on the robes (see images, the difference is easy to spot). In practice, when close to a light, the robes will shine a little light back (more or less depending on their material).
