Adds a spell which allows the player to, once a day, transmute up to one of each gem in their inventory to the next most valuable gem, i.e. Garnet -> Flawless Garnet -> Amethyst -> Flawless Amethyst -> Ruby -> Flawless Ruby -> Sapphire -> Flawless Sapphire -> Emerald -> Flawless Emerald -> Diamond -> Flawless Diamon

A series of small additions to Sanctuary. Modular.
