Critical Shot/Bladesman/Deep Wounds - criticals do 2-24 times damage based on player level(up to 100).

I made some tweaks to the explosives to make all of them more interesting.

Buffs perks to make them a worthwhile choice and more useful for the endgame. Also buffs companion/magazine/bubblehead perks.

I like vanilla perks, but some of them don't work after lvl 30, so I made them scalable with your level added new ranks and more.

Nuke weapons overhaul. Nukes now have realistic behavior!
