Adds several new grenade types based on the MIRV archetype added by Nuka-World.

Adds a new unique variant of each weapon in the game, with few exceptions.

Some simple and stupid cybergrind patterns I made for fun. There was no consideration for actual balance here.

Changes the way rage and stamina work. Not intended to make the game harder, is merely a different way of doing monster rage in case you don't like the vanilla behavior.
