Rebalances every gun in the game. Ive also changed some unique weapons to have different workings. As an example Big boomer no longer fires 2 shells at once instead it can fire twice before reload. some weapons have changed alot more

Adds a few custom weapons to crater side supply. 2 wacky guns and others that make seance like a combat shotgun that shoots slugs , ect

Cleans up the outside of the powder ganger HQ (ncrcf) remoing all the rubbles miner cars ect. Will increase performance in this area on low end machines.
