Allows you to hack revealed enemies through walls when the Overclock ability is activated with the Netrunner 60 skill progression bonus. This is a workaround until the bug can be properly fixed by a later patch.

Fixes a very minor edge case with adrenaline decay not resetting correctly. All other adrenaline functionality seems to be working correctly in the 2.1 patch.
