Main file gives all scoped weapons 2x their normal zoom. Optional files give select weapons 2x or 4x their normal zoom. Optional night vision with optional files.

Adds the ability to craft many vanilla New Vegas rounds and several new types of rounds. Originally designed for snipers with the Hand Loader perk. Fairly realistic.
